Serversignature.com: started by two Freelance Linux Administrators with more than 7+ years of experience in web hosting industry. The team is very small at the moment but nevertheless extremely motivated. We work with Linux Servers and can support Linux servers with and without control panel.

Our desktop OS: We use Ubuntu as our server, gateway and desktop OS for support and developments. If you would like to setup the Perfect Ubuntu/Debian Desktop/Server then we can help you to setup one.
Reference about Us: We are know as serversignature on WHT and cpanel forums, and have been offering remote technical support and server administration services since 2006.
What we are not: We are not C, C++, Perl, Python Coder, nor we are the Open-source Gurus.

Working days & hours - 24x7 ?: Currently we work 5 day a week and Max 16 hours per day.
Support Ticketing System: Client end ticketing/email system.
Chat Support: Chat Support can be provided if there is a specific requirement which cannot be done through email.
Report and Server Analysis: We do insatall scripts on the server which provides daily report for quick analysis.
Server Monitoring and Analysis ?: Currently we only provide monitoring through scripts installed on the clients production box, but in future we are planning to provide support using open source nagios monitoring tool.
Our Response Time for Server Issues: If Urgent: 2 hours, Normal: 15 hrs, Low priority: 24 hours. We will not be able to respond quickly if you server is down, as we are not working 24x7.
Service Level Agreements: Clients are entitled to contact emergency contact number. We will attend within 30 minutes to 1 hour (In case we am travelling or something). If Urgent: 2 hours, Normal: 15 hrs, Low priority: 24 hours.
Confidentiality: Whatever information you give or we gather in the course of working for you, about your business, servers, login's, client's etc are all 100% confidential. And we do forgot it as soon as the job is over. Refunds are only provided if requested before we have connected to your server.
