For Email Setup - you need to update your domain to route email messages through the Google App mail servers. To do that, you use the administration console for your domain to create mail exchange (MX) records that point to the Google App mail servers.

When changing your MX records: its recommended to set a low TTL value so that you can quickly resolve any mistakes. Set a low TTL value for your existing records to facilitate the future change.
